Do prices include ad spend?+
No. Ad spend is always separate unless clearly stated in the proposal.
Do you reply to messages and comments?+
Yes within package limits: defined interaction count and working hours. Full or 24/7 customer service requires a separate agreement.
Do posts include ideas, captions, and design?+
Yes. Each package post includes the idea, caption, design, and publishing according to the approved calendar.
Do you manage WhatsApp?+
WhatsApp setup and automation are available. Full daily WhatsApp management requires a separate scope.
Do prices include platform or external tool fees?+
No. Platform fees, domains, hosting, payment gateways, and tracking tools are paid by the client unless explicitly included.
Can a package be customized?+
Yes. Packages can be adjusted based on content volume, platforms, and operational needs. Pricing changes accordingly.
Is there support after delivery?+
Yes, depending on the package or agreement. Support duration is clearly stated for store and software work.
How long does store setup take?+
Usually 2 to 10 business days depending on the package, starting after materials are received and scope is confirmed.
Can you build a custom website?+
Yes. We build business websites, landing pages, web apps, dashboards, and custom systems after requirements analysis.
Can you work with clients outside Egypt?+
Yes. We can work remotely with clients in Egypt, the Gulf, and beyond based on agreed communication and payment methods.
Do you provide product photography?+
Photography is not included in core packages and can be added separately based on product type and shot count.
Do you guarantee results?+
We do not guarantee sales numbers or ad results. We commit to clear scope, structured execution, and measurement, while results depend on product, pricing, market, budget, and testing.
What is the difference between social management and customer service?+
Social management focuses on content, publishing, page presence, and limited follow-up. Customer service covers continuous replies, orders, shipping, complaints, and refunds, and is separate.
